Ryan Scully is a licensed New York real estate broker with over 12 years of experience and involvement in more than 200 purchase, sale, and lease transactions throughout New York. His experience spans a broad range of asset classes, including cooperatives, condominiums, single-family homes, multifamily properties, and development sites. In addition to his brokerage work, Ryan has extensive experience as a principal, acquiring and selling land, developing ground-up single-family residences, and owning and operating small multifamily rental properties. He holds a Bachelor of Arts in Economics from Providence College and completed the General Course at the London School of Economics.
Tony Narcisi is a licensed New York real estate salesperson with over a decade of experience leading complex sales cycles and go-to-market teams. He previously built and owned a boutique property management business across New York and Massachusetts. Tony has hands-on real estate experience gained from acquiring and repositioning multiple investment properties, managing renovation projects, and owning and operating rentals. He holds a Bachelor of Arts in Communications from the University of Massachusetts Amherst.
